Construction and Project Management Services

 

Given the nature of our services – which involve extensive planning, resource allocation, specialized labor, and material procurement – our approach to refunds differs significantly from that applicable to consumer goods.

 

Payments for construction projects are typically structured in phases, as outlined in the project contract. These payments correspond to specific progress milestones or incurred costs.

 

Cancellation of Services

 

If a client chooses to cancel a project after the contract has been signed and work has commenced, the cancellation terms specified in the project contract will apply. Generally, costs incurred by NSL up to the date of cancellation, including but not limited to planning costs, material procurement, labor, administrative fees, and compensation for loss of opportunity, will not be refundable.

 

Any deposits or initial payments made to secure resources or initiate preliminary project phases are typically non-refundable, as they cover initial costs and commitments undertaken by NSL.

 

Disputes and Resolution

 

NSL is committed to client satisfaction and the amicable resolution of any disputes. Should concerns arise regarding the services provided or billing, we encourage clients to contact us immediately through the channels provided in the project contract or on our contact page.

 

 

We will seek to address concerns fairly and transparently, in accordance with the terms of the agreed contract. Open communication is essential to resolving any misunderstandings or issues that may arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.

 

Modifications to the Policy
